In return for your time, volunteers receive complimentary tickets to performances, a behind-the-scenes look at how a historic theatre operates, and the deep satisfaction of knowing you're keeping arts alive in Ponca City.
Volunteer Roles
Event Ushering
Greet guests, help with seating, and ensure a great experience for every audience member at our performances and screenings.
Per event (2–4 hours)
Box Office Support
Assist with ticket sales, answer questions, and welcome patrons at the box office window before events.
Per event (3–5 hours)
Special Events
Help with setup, breakdown, and operations for galas, fundraisers, community events, and Academy showcases.
Varies by event
Administrative Support
Assist with mailings, database entry, and other office tasks that keep the Poncan running smoothly behind the scenes.
